few notes on Rules for BC events.

The head judge has generously
sent a note on some of the rules which may be new for Alberta
competitors.

Poses
|
For prejudging: all bodybuilders will do
1/4 turns and all mandatory poses.
For night show, only four poses by entire lineup, then routines.
For overall, 1/4 turns and all mandatories. |

Tanning and Skin Presentation Products
|
| Dream Tan 1 is banned. All vasodilators
are banned until we have time to investigate new products(until
further notice). |

Shoes for Figure
|
| Competitors must have the appropriate closed
toe black stiletto pump shoes for round one. |

Canadian Bodybuilding and Fitness Show with Figure

Thank You for your interest in participating
in the 2007 Western Canadian Bodybuilding and Fitness Show.
This will undoubtedly be the biggest show in BC this year.
Figure has been included again this year as the popularity
of this contest grows. This means we will see the forms of
both natural men and women bodybuilders, as well as Fitness
competition but also Figure as an added bonus. With the other
federation in BC becoming non-existent and the continued growth
of this federation I am proud to say that this year should
be a sell out crowd at the new Kelowna Community Theatre on
Apr 28,2007.
Support for this event has been tremendous in the past as
local and regional companies both support these growing sports
and their athletes as well as creating a way to increase exposure
and produce great advertising possibilities.
We have several ways to help you expose your business or company
at our event but you are not limited to these. By all means
if you have an idea that would enhance the event and also
be advantageous then by all means let me know and we will
see what we can do.
The options we have include:
Booth $350
This includes an 8' table and about 8' behind of display space.
You are encouraged to retail merchandise, give samples, include
draws or just display your product. There will be at least
500+ people with specific interests toward your product. The
floor is open from 9am to approximately 12 or 1pm and then
again from 5pm till about 9 or 10pm. This includes all preshow
traffic as well as intermissions so that you get maximum exposure.
Program add space.
Most say we sell this too cheap but we want to get exposure
for you our supporters. We produce an 8 ½ x 11" Program that
is distributed to all competitors and spectators. All ads
are black and white except for 2 color process on the back
cover. Use these options to get noticed. Maybe even include
a coupon..

All ads should be print ready or a processing fee will be
charged. Copy must be provided by no later than Monday March
19, 2007 to Allegra Printing ( allegrakel@shaw.ca
) or to Your Gym Bag.
Trophy presentation $250
The cost of this option covers the trophies that will be awarded
to any particular category. You will have presented on stage
three trophies, (1,2,3) for the category of your choice. The
categories will be awarded on a first come first serve basis.
At the time of award your name and company message will be
read (you create it). This is a low cost option that is greatly
appreciated by competitors especially as it shows support
for all of their effort and hard work.
Backstage Banner $150
This allows your company logo to be placed behind the stage
for the audience to stare at for the ENTIRE show. What better
exposure than to have your company name embedded in the minds
of 500+ people leaving a fantastic event. This is a banner
that we produce so your logo must be in our hands by Monday
March 12, 2007. (access.signs@shaw.ca)
Local Sponsorship Package $300
Includes 1 Page ad + Trophy presentation. This is a popular
choice for local gyms and trainers especially as it show tremendous
support for the competitors who largely come from YOUR facility.
It shows that you appreciate all of the hard work that they
do all year and for the way THEY promote your facility all
year long.
BRONZE SPONSOR $700
These companies are one of the largest parts of making these
shows a fantastic success. For that reason we have left the
price the same. It includes a Booth, Banner, Ad and Trophy
Presentation as well as two passes to the show. Also you will
get name mention throughout the entire show and first choice
of Trophy options and optimal Booth position.

We are also looking for ways to show the competitors that
all hard work pays off. If you are able to donate or supply
at a superb rate any prizing for the competitors that will

overall in all categories.
