Sponsorship includes:
Announcements
about your organization during the event,
Banner inside the theatre venue, an advertisement
in the program and a booth adjacent to the
theatre.
Banners
inside the theatre
Please bring your banners for the stage area
either to the weigh-ins the evening before
the event or to the venue on the morning of
the event. You will have access to the venue
at 7:30 AM on the day of the event .
Please contact the promoter to resolve any
access issues.
Advertising in the program
Please have your ad copy in to the promoter
about 2 weeks before the event -- May 31,
2003 or sooner.
Booths and Exhibits
You may arrange for booth and exhibit space
in the exhibit area adjacent to the theatre.
The venue will accommodate the standard 8
foot high pop-up wall with lights. Be sure
to mention your requirements for power outlets.
Please make your own arrangements for display
pop-up walls, display materials, banners,
banners stands and power cords. None will
otherwise be available at the venue. Folding
tables will be the only items available from
the venue operators. You will have access
to the building to setup at approximately
7:30 AM on Saturday.
Samples and Prizes for the athletes
Every athlete receives a prize package consisting
of the event T-shirt, supplements and other
items donated by sponsors. If you wish to
contribute to this please contact the promoter
for an approximate count and bring your prize
materials on the morning of the event. The
product prize packages will be presented to
the athletes during the evening awards presentation.
We are expecting approximately 90 - 100 athletes.
